ABOUT THE PROGRAM
DataEthics4All Foundation’s AI DIETᵀᴹ Returnship Program is designed for professional women+ in Data + AI who want to rejoin the Tech workforce after an extended break – be it for childcare, to care for a loved one or mental health. We would like to help you on your journey back to work.
DIETᵀᴹ stands for Data, Diversity, Inclusion, Impact, Ethics, Equity, Teams, and Technology.
The AI DIET Returnship Program is for anyone who identifies themselves as a Woman, has worked in Tech, cares about the ethics of the entire end-to-end data science pipeline and all its use cases including Artificial Intelligence.
Who is this program designed for?
The AI DIET Returnship Program is a 12-week career development and growth opportunity for women+ who have taken a break of one year or more, and are seeking to return to work full-time. This program is best suited for those with previous experiences in technology, professional services, and would like to rebuild their technical skills. This program will enable you to work on projects that match your abilities, expertise, and interests, and will also provide you with networking opportunities.
What to expect?
- Professional skill development – upskill and re-skill training.
- An opportunity to work on a mentor led real-world Data Science or Artificial Intelligence project that can be showcased to a potential employer.
- Mentors are Data Scientists/ AI/ ML Engineers shaping the Industry.
- An opportunity to learn from peers in a small cohort.
- Resume and LinkedIn writing workshop.
- Interview preparedness workshop.
- A dedicated mentor that will help provide guidance and facilitate your career growth.
- Cost of the Program is $4,999
Additionally, participants will have access to support from our DataEthics4All Community of ~1500+ Global leaders from 71 Countries at the intersection of Data, Technology, Policy, Ethics, and Social Impact. Community Membership costs $99/ month, $1,200/ year. DataEthics4All Community 1 year annual membership is included in the Cost of the Program.
