ABOUT THE PROGRAM
DataEthics4All Foundation’s AI DIETᵀᴹ Returnship Program is designed for professional women+ who want to rejoin the workforce after an extended break – be it for childcare, to care for a loved one or mental health. We would like to help you on your journey back to work.
DIETᵀᴹ stands for Data, Diversity, Inclusion, Impact, Ethics, Equity, Teams, and Technology.
The AI DIET Returnship Program is for anyone who identifies themselves as a Woman, has worked in Tech, cares about the ethics of the entire end-to-end data science pipeline and all its use cases including Artificial Intelligence.
Who is this program designed for?
The AI DIET Returnship Program is a 12-week career development and growth opportunity for women+ who have taken a break of one year or more, and are seeking to return to work full-time. This program is best suited for those with previous experiences in technology, professional services, and would like to rebuild their technical skills. This program will enable you to work on projects that match your abilities, expertise, and interests, and will also provide you with networking opportunities.
What to expect?
- Professional skill development – upskill and re-skill training
- Real-world projects that can be show-cased to a potential employer
- Resume and LinkedIn writing workshop
- Interview preparedness workshop
- A dedicated mentor that will help provide guidance and facilitate your career growth
